This tutorial will guide you how to setup email account on Outlook app.
Open Outlook,
Go to File > Info > Add Account
Choose Manually configure server settings or additional server types
Choose Internet E-mail
=> input your user information
=> input server information
Account Type : POP3
incoming mail server: pop.gmail.com
outgoing mail server (smtp): smtp.gmail.com
=> input Login Information
=> Enable : Require login using SPA
=> Click More settings…
+ General Tab: do noting
+ Outgoing Server Tab:
enable My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
enable use same settings as my incoming mail server
+ Advanced Tab :
Incomming server POP3 port : 995
Use SSL
Outgoing server SMTP port : 587
type of Encrypted connection : Auto
Leave a copy of messages on the server => Remove from server when deleted from ‘Deleted Items’
=> Click OK and Test Account.
if Test account failed,
=> enable Less Secure application on Email Setting.
=> Test again.
if Test OK, now enjoy!!!
